Seven practices to help you land.
Each practice is short. Each one is complete. Work through them one by one, or return to any practice whenever your body calls for it. Mark it done when you're ready. That's all.
You've arrived. Now we build the habit. Move to Days 8–28 and begin your morning and evening practice — two minutes each, every day. The return itself is the change.

You already know how to return. Now we make it a daily living practice. Seat. Feet. Ground. Two minutes in the morning. Two minutes in the evening. Check off each one as you complete it.
You did not need to be perfect. You needed to return. Every single time you came back — even once — that was the practice. The return itself is the change. It always was.
